Role Overview
As an Intern, you will support daily sales operations by responding to customer queries, assisting with abandoned cart conversions, and maintaining high-quality communication across channels. The role requires consistency, ownership, and the ability to work closely with the sales and customer support team to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries across email, WhatsApp, and meta channels with clarity and accuracy.
- Handle meta replies and comments to maintain engagement and drive traffic.
- Follow up and convert abandoned carts through persuasive communication.
- Maintain daily logs of customer interactions and conversion attempts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hit weekly and monthly targets.
- Escalate issues promptly and coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Open to offer full-time position based on the performance.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
