Major Purpose of the Job:MEP Project(JOB DESCRIPTION) Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (Electrical) 8+ years of experience in electrical execution and planning work. Strong understanding of Electrical fundamental equipment and its specification. To manage, coordinate, and supervise execution of Electrical and HVAC works, ensuring quality, timely completion, cost control, and compliance with project specifications and standards. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for execution of Electrical and HVAC works. Guide and monitor vendors to ensure quality workmanship as per approved standards and drawings. Periodically verify Purchase Orders (PO) against executed quantities and ordered quantities. Check contractor bills with respect to workmanship, approved make/model, and site measurements. Study drawings thoroughly and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities). Perform cable selection and capacity calculations for switchgear and high-side equipment such as: Transformer DG Set UPS Air Conditioning systems Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management regarding site development. Monitor project timelines and coordinate with the design team to resolve site-related issues for smooth execution. Support preparation of liaisoning documentation and statutory approvals. Handle SAP entries and maintain project-related documentation. Resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues related to the respective function.
