JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and hardworking candidate to join our e-commerce team. The candidate will be responsible for handling basic computer work and day-to-day e-commerce operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage product listings and update product information
- Upload product images, descriptions, prices, and other details
- Handle online orders and maintain order records
- Update inventory/stock details
- Perform basic data entry and documentation
- Handle basic Excel/Google Sheets work
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders when required
- Manage basic website/e-commerce backend tasks
- Maintain records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist in other day-to-day e-commerce operations
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Basic internet and email knowledge
- Good typing and data-entry skills
- Ability to learn new software and tools
- Basic understanding of online shopping/e-commerce is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Responsible and attentive towards work
ELIGIBILITY
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Candidates with basic computer knowledge can apply
- E-commerce experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Must be willing to learn and work as part of a team

SALARY
Salary: ₹6000 – ₹10000 per month
Salary will be based on skills and experience.
