Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases.
- Explain academy courses, admission procedures, fee structures, and scholarship programs.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Generate leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students.
- Schedule counseling sessions and admission meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admission targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams for seamless conversions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Odia.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or educational sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
