We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Principal/Senior Principal Consultant to independently deliver Oracle Fusion HCM solutions and lead key activities across end-to-end Cloud HCM implementations.
The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM expertise, experience across at least four HCM modules, and the ability to independently implement a minimum of two modules. Depending on specialization, the role may have a Functional, Technical, or Techno-Functional focus.
You will partner directly with customer stakeholders and global delivery teams to translate HR and business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, apply Oracle implementation methodologies and leading practices, and provide delivery leadership across moderately complex engagements.
