Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise the construction of premium farmhouse projects in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of structural execution, quality standards, contractor coordination, and project planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors.
- Monitor quality, safety and project timelines.
- Verify quantities and material consumption.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Resolve on-site engineering issues.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards.
Required Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Material estimation.
- Contractor management.
- Strong communication skills.
- MS Office and AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
