Role Overview The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue, managing the sales team, and building a high-performance sales engine for all current and upcoming projects. This role requires a leader who can convert leads into revenue, build scalable systems, and drive aggressive growth in a competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Drive inventory liquidation strategies across projects
- Ensure consistent revenue growth and cash flow Sales Team Leadership
- Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Set clear KPIs and track individual performance
- Conduct regular training on: Closing techniques, Objection handling, Investor selling Sales Funnel Management
- Oversee the entire funnel: Leads → Site Visits → Bookings → Closures
- Improve conversion ratios at every stage
- Ensure fast response time and strong follow-up systems
- Channel Partner & Broker Network
- Build and manage a strong Channel Partner (CP) ecosystem
- Drive sales through brokers and external partners
- Design attractive commission structures and engagement plans Strategy & Execution
- Develop project-wise go-to-market (GTM) sales strategies
- Create urgency and demand during launches
- Collaborate with marketing for lead quality and volume optimization
- Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Track KPIs such as: Conversion rates, Sales velocity, Revenue per lead Customer Experience
- Ensure premium site visit and buying experience Handle high-value client negotiations and closures , Drive referrals and repeat business
