Job Summary
We are hiring a Project Engineer to manage ESCO-based LED Street Light and Smart Control Panel projects. The role includes site execution, contractor coordination, technical supervision, and monitoring of CCMS/IoT systems for municipal streetlighting networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and supervise installation of LED streetlights & feeder panels
- Monitor CCMS/IoT smart control systems and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and municipal officials
- Perform maintenance inspections and ensure timely fault resolution
- Prepare DPRs, documentation, and assist in energy‑saving verification
- Strong communication and field coordination
- Problem-solving and root-cause diagnosis
- Hands-on experience with cable sizing, load calculations, and lux measurements.
- Understanding of ESCO models.
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Strong management and coordination abilities
- Experience in transportation handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Expertise in documentation and report preparation
- Key responsibilities include managing the monthly billing process, coordinating with corporation members, maintaining proper documentation, and resolving technical issues and queries raised by supervisors.
- The applicant must be demonstrate strong managerial capabilities with a firm and decisive personality.
Education & Experience
Degree/Diploma: Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
