About the Role
Evon Polymers is a manufacturer of high-quality recycled PP and PPCP plastic granules. We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Procurement & Field Executive who will help us expand our raw material procurement network by visiting manufacturers, scrap dealers, waste collectors, recyclers, and traders.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable travelling daily, building relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, and identifying new procurement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit plastic manufacturers, recyclers, scrap dealers, and waste collectors regularly.
- Identify new suppliers of PP, PPCP, BOPP, CP, battery waste, and other plastic scrap.
- Purchase plastic waste and recycled granules at competitive prices.
- Develop long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Collect material samples and coordinate testing with the office.
- Negotiate purchase prices and payment terms.
- Track market rates and competitor pricing.
- Coordinate transportation and material lifting.
- Maintain daily visit reports and supplier database.
- Generate new procurement leads every month.
- Assist in resolving supplier-related issues.
- Coordinate with the purchase and production teams for timely material availability.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
- Valid Driving Licence.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp.
- Honest, confident, and good at negotiation.
Preferred Candidates
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in:
- Plastic recycling industry
- Plastic raw material trading
- Scrap procurement
- Industrial marketing
- Purchase of plastic waste
- IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or B2B industrial sales/procurement
Freshers who are eager to learn and have strong communication skills may also apply.
