- Follow up consistently to convert leads into admissions
- Achieve monthly/weekly admission targets
- Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong sales mindset and target-oriented approach
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel)
