# Digital Marketing Manager
## Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven **Digital Marketing Manager** with **0–2 years of experience** to oversee and execute digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads.
## Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels.
* Manage the company's social media platforms and create engaging content.
* Plan and optimize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to achieve marketing objectives.
* Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
* Contribute creative ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
## Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Digital Marketing certification or relevant course completion.
* **0–2 years of experience** in digital marketing (Freshers with strong internship or project experience are encouraged to apply).
* Strong communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
## Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
* Basic design skills using Canva.
* Understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization.
