Key Responsibilities
- Market Development: Identify and expand customer base across commercial sectors, including offices, institutions, and dealers.
- Sales Execution: Deliver compelling product presentations and negotiate deals to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Dealer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with furniture dealers and distributors.
- Customer Engagement: Provide personalized solutions to direct customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting & Coordination: Prepare regular sales reports and coordinate with marketing and production teams for smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree (any discipline)
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial furniture sales or related industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking ability and established market group in the furniture sector.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
