The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and implementing complex CLM workflows within the Sirion platform, ensuring optimal functionality, efficiency, and adherence to business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of contract processes, excellent technical configuration skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable and robust Sirion solutions.

Your key responsibilities
- Sirion Configuration & Implementation:
- Design, configure, and implement end-to-end CLM workflows within the Sirion platform, encompassing contract request, drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, amendment, and renewal processes.
- Utilize Sirion's configuration tools to create and manage contract types, templates, clauses, legal entities, users, roles, permissions, and approval matrices.
- Configure Sirion's advanced features, including obligation management, performance management, financial management, and reporting capabilities.
- Develop and implement integrations between Sirion and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS) using Sirion's API or other integration tools.
- Documentation & Training:
- Create detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and solution designs.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and administrators on Sirion functionality and new features.
- Continuous Improvement & Support:
- Stay abreast of new Sirion features, releases, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Sirion platform, resolving issues and implementing enhancements.
- Participate in future roadmap planning and contribute to the evolution of our CLM strategy.
- Project Management & Collaboration:
- Work effectively in an agile project environment, collaborating with project managers, solution architects, developers, and other team members.
- Manage individual tasks and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
Your skills and experience
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as a Sirion Configuration Engineer or similar role.
- Proven expertise in configuring and implementing complex CLM workflows within the Sirion platform.
- Strong understanding of core Contract Lifecycle Management principles and best practices across the entire contract lifecycle (pre-award to post-award).
- Experience with Sirion's advanced modules (e.g., Obligation Management, Performance Management, Financial Management).
- Familiarity with integration concepts and experience with Sirion's API or other integration methodologies.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably within financial services or other regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of core Contract Lifecycle Management principles and best practices across the entire contract lifecycle (pre-signature to post-signature).
- Experience with Sirion's post signature modules (e.g., Obligation Management, Performance Management, Financial Management).
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
- Sirion Certification(s) (e.g., Sirion Administrator, Sirion Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of legal and commercial contract terminology and processes.
- Experience with other CLM platforms is a plus (e.g., Icertis, Conga, DocuSign CLM).
- Understanding of data models and database concepts.
- Proficiency in creating SQL queries for data extraction and analysis (beneficial for reporting/integration).
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
