Account Manager – Railway OHE & General Electrical Projects
Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project accounts, billing, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with RVNL, Railway authorities, vendors, and subcontractors regarding payments and invoicing.
- Prepare and track RA Bills, Final Bills, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain project-wise expense records and budget monitoring.
- Process vendor, material supplier, and labour payments.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with the project team for material reconciliation and cost control.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and project financial statements.
- Support audits and maintain proper accounting records.
- Assist management in cash flow planning for project execution.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- 3–7 years of experience in infrastructure, railway, EPC, or electrical projects.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in RVNL, Railways, OHE, Electrical, or EPC projects.
- Knowledge of Tally, ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and project accounting.
