Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through chat support in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Follow established processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and response quality.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2 High or above).
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using chat-based systems.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
