Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Event Manager to support our event planning and execution team. The candidate will assist in coordinating clients, vendors, logistics, and on-ground event activities to ensure smooth event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Event Manager in planning and executing events
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers
- Support client meetings and follow-ups
- Prepare event schedules, checklists, and timelines
- Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling activities
- Monitor event materials, manpower, and logistics
- Maintain event-related documents and reports
- Support problem-solving during live events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in event management or operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Team-oriented approach
- Flexible to work during weekends and event days
