Job Title: Area Operations Executive
Location: Haldwani & Bareilly Region

Reporting To: Area Operations Manager / Regional Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Area Operations Executive to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of retail stores across the Haldwani and Bareilly region. The role involves ensuring operational excellence, compliance with company policies, inventory control, staff coordination, and smooth execution of retail processes to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily store operations across the assigned region.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational standards.
- Coordinate with Store Managers to ensure smooth functioning of stores.
- Track sales performance and share operational insights with management.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock movement, and stock audits.
- Monitor store expenses and optimize operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement activities in coordination with HR.
- Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions to stores.
- Monitor store maintenance, housekeeping, security, and visual merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for operational requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Assist in implementing new operational initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all stores.
- Conduct periodic audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, area operations, or multi-store management.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Haldwani and Bareilly locations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
