Job Overview
Mindware Infotech is seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to manage, automate, and optimize our development and deployment infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud environments, monitoring system performance, and ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor application and server performance using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or similar.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and improve deployment efficiency.
- Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.
- Implement security best practices, backup strategies, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and uptime.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and system configurations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Understanding of networking, security, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Salary Range
- 1–2 Years Experience: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- 3+ Years Experience: ₹26,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Salary will be offered based on skills, technical knowledge, and interview performance.
