Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Ownership & Delivery
- Own UX delivery end-to-end, guiding projects smoothly from discovery and exploration to final
sign-off.
- Turn business goals and requirements into clear UX direction and actionable design plans.
- Keep everyone aligned by driving stakeholder conversations, reviews, and timely design
approvals.
- Plan scope, priorities, and timelines in collaboration with product, engineering, and business
teams.
- Jump in as a hands-on designer whenever needed to unblock delivery, clarify direction, or move
things forward.
2. Design Direction & Craft
- Set the bar for UX quality and ensure it stays consistently high across all projects.
- Build and evolve design frameworks, templates, and standards that make great design scalable.
- Review design work thoughtfully and share clear, constructive feedback that helps designers
grow.
- Maintain strong design hygiene through clean documentation, structure, and consistency.
- Lead by example with solid UX thinking, attention to detail, and refined design craft.
- Incorporate feedback constructively while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical
constraints.
3. Team Leadership & Growth
- Mentor and guide designers through regular 1-on-1s, design critiques, and collaborative reviews.

- Set clear performance expectations and support individual growth and development journeys.
- Run upskilling sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen the team’s capabilities.
- Facilitate retrospectives to reflect, learn, and continuously improve how the team works.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
What do we need from you:
- Ability to lead design teams and manage end-to-end design delivery across projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional, full-time experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end UI/UX design process and final outcomes.
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping is a must. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite,
Sketch, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
- Experience designing user interfaces across devices including mobile, tablet (iPad), and
desktop/laptop.
- Hands-on experience across all stages of design, from concept to final handoff to developers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Candidates with a FinTech background will be preferred.
- Creative thinker with a user-centric mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
