About the Role
Search has split in two and most SEOs are only playing one half.
Students still Google, but they're also asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. We're hiring an SEO Specialist who can win on both sides: get EazyGrad ranked and get it recommended by AI, while building real trust in the communities where students actually make decisions.
Key Responsibilities
AI Search Rankings
- Get EazyGrad cited and recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews
- Understand what makes AI engines trust and reference a brand and engineer it into our content and presence
- Track and report on AI citation performance, identifying gaps and opportunities
Off-Page Authority
- Build EazyGrad's reputation and credibility across Reddit, Quora, Medium, and student communities
- Earn real trust, mentions, and citations not spammy link-drops
- Identify the right communities and conversations worth EazyGrad's presence
Smart, AI-Powered SEO
- Use AI tools to research faster, spot opportunities, and work more efficiently
- Stay ahead of an SEO landscape that's evolving month to month
- Bring a point of view on where search is heading, not just where it's been
What You Bring
- Solid SEO experience, you understand rankings, but you're hungry to go beyond just Google
- Genuine interest in how LLMs source and cite content (bonus if you've already experimented with this)
- Writing that builds credibility, because in AI search and communities, trust is the whole game
- Comfort using AI tools as part of your actual day-to-day workflow
- A self-starter mindset, you find the opportunities
Bonus Points
- You've already gotten a brand cited by an AI tool (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, etc.)
- Experience in ed-tech is preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
