Associate Mobile App Developer
Position Overview :
We are looking for a motivated Mobile App Developer with around 2–3 years of experience to build and maintain scalable Hybrid mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in hybrid mobile development, along with knowledge of native Android or iOS development to handle platform-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Implement clean and scalable mobile architectures and reusable UI components.
- Handle platform-specific features using native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) when required.
- Optimize app performance, fix bugs, and ensure a smooth user experience across devices.
- Integrate features like authentication, push notifications, real-time updates, and analytics tools.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release cycles.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure application quality and stability.
- Maintain and manage existing native Android and iOS applications when required, including implementing platform-specific features, resolving issues, and ensuring app stability and performance.
- Manage application builds and deployments on app stores.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in mobile application development and Flutter development
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming.
- Good understanding of mobile app architecture and state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.)
- Good knowledge of native mobile development using Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).
- Experience with REST API integration and JSON data handling.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and responsive design.
- Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Debug and optimize application performance across different devices and screen sizes
- Must have worked on Firebase and push notifications
- Exceptional ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Good organizational and Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to research, analyze, and find solutions independently.
- Basic understanding of testing frameworks and debugging tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA / MSc (Computer Science or related field)
