We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Quality Engineer with 1 year of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering and hands-on experience with quality inspection tools and documentation processes. This position plays a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E.) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or mechanical inspection
Required Skills:
- Proficient in using a wide range of measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Experience in preparing Quality Inspection Reports, PDR (Pre-Dispatch Reports), and maintaining ISO-related documentation
- Familiarity with standard quality procedures and practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on mechanical components as per company standards
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and ISO documentation
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials comply with required specifications
- Assist in audits and ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards
- Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure traceability of all inspection activities
