Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery of the branch network within the assigned region or portfolio
- Ensure efficient and effective branch operations, including cash management, transaction processing, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency
- Manage and lead a team of branch personnel, including performance management, training, and development
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to align branch activities with the overall business objectives
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives, products, and services within the branch network
Requirements
- in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
- Demonstrated experience in driving operational efficiency and implementing process improvements
- Thorough understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
