Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Academic Coordinator to lead academic planning, curriculum implementation, and teacher development. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of the CBSE curriculum, and a passion for driving academic excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and implement the CBSE curriculum effectively.
- Mentor and support teachers through classroom observations and regular feedback.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and high-quality lesson planning.
- Monitor student performance and develop strategies to improve learning outcomes.
- Coordinate assessments, examinations, and result analysis.
- Conduct teacher training and professional development sessions.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines.
- Work closely with the Principal to achieve academic and institutional goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.
Requirements
- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in academic coordination or a leadership role in a reputed CBSE school.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems.
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
