Skilled ARC & Argon Welder
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and skilled ARC & Argon Welder to join our fabrication and manufacturing team. The candidate should be capable of performing high-quality welding work using ARC and Argon/TIG welding techniques on various metals and structures while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ARC welding and Argon (TIG) welding on stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and other metals.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Prepare metal surfaces before welding, including cutting, grinding, and cleaning.
- Operate welding machines and related fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy.
- Repair damaged metal parts and structures when required.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper working condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times.
- Coordinate with supervisors and fabrication teams to complete projects on schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Welding/Fabrication.
- Proven experience in ARC and Argon (TIG) welding.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and measurements accurately.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Experience in industrial, fabrication, or engineering environments preferred.
Experience
- Minimum: 1 years of relevant welding experience.
Salary
- Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
Working Conditions
- Factory/workshop/site environment.
- May require overtime or shift work depending on project requirements.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
