Position : Head - Marketing
Reports to : Vice President – Sales & Marketing
Location : Mumbai
Years of Experience : 12 to 20 years of Experience
Minimum Qualification : Graduate in any field
Preferred Qualification : Graduate with MBA in Marketing
Type of Work Experience Required (Mandatory) ** :
- How to use social media (LinkedIn / FB / Twitter) for effective marketing; knowledge of software tools or apps for creating content
- Leading marketing team of 3 to 4 members for at least 6 years
Type of Work Experience Required (Preferred) ** : Experience in the field of marketing of capital goods / industrial products / analytical instruments
Responsibilities:
- Driving the marketing team for all marketing activities of the Organisation
- Preparing and executing the annual marketing plan – Print | Digital | Social Media | Events
- Preparing and managing marketing collaterals – Product Guides | Corporate Brochures | Application Newsletters
- Social Media Marketing – Content creation; Posts and Re-posts
- Running Electronic Data Mailers (EDMs)
- Product promotion plan and market research/analysis
- Field Marketing, branding and strategy
- Event management (Exhibitions, Road Shows, Product Launches, Seminars & Webinars)
- Running product marketing campaigns
- Database management
- Website management
- Lead generation and qualification
- Analysing and reporting marketing analytics metrics
- Aware of various AI tools & coordinate with the marketing team to utilise where AI can improve content creation, automation, and analytics for marketing activities
