Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee documentation, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The role requires close coordination with hospital site supervisors, accounts team, and management to ensure smooth manpower operations and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities.
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, references, and local hiring channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Conduct reference checks and preliminary verification.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Ensure timely hiring against manpower requirements.
2. Employee Onboarding
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Collect employee documents including:
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Bank Passbook/Cancelled Cheque
- Educational Certificates
- Passport-size Photographs
- Address Proof
- Prepare and issue Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.
- Create and maintain employee personnel files.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance of employees deployed at hospitals and company sites.
- Coordinate with site supervisors for attendance verification.
- Maintain leave records and absenteeism reports.
- Ensure proper attendance records for payroll processing.
4. Payroll Coordination
- Prepare monthly attendance and salary data.
- Coordinate with Accounts department for salary processing.
- Verify overtime, deductions, advances, and reimbursements.
- Maintain payroll records and salary sheets.
- Handle employee salary-related queries.
5. PF, ESI & Labour Compliance
- Maintain employee PF and ESI records.
- Coordinate with consultants/CA for PF and ESI filings.
- Ensure timely employee registration and exits in PF/ESI portals.
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance records.
- Track minimum wages compliance and updates.
6. Employee Documentation & Records
- Maintain employee master database.
- Ensure all employee records are updated and organized.
- Maintain joining, transfer, promotion, and exit records.
- Conduct periodic document audits.
7. Employee Separation & Exit Management
- Process resignations and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Prepare Full & Final Settlement details.
- Ensure recovery of company assets and ID cards.
- Complete deboarding documentation.
8. Police Verification & Background Checks
- Coordinate employee police verification process.
- Maintain verification records.
- Follow up on pending verifications.
9. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and concerns.
- Organize birthday celebrations and employee engagement activities.
- Support management in maintaining discipline and workplace culture.
- Ensure implementation of company dress code and policies.
10. HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain manpower deployment reports for hospitals.
- Track recruitment status, attrition, attendance, and compliance metrics.
- Present HR updates to management.

Preferred Qualification
- MBA (HR) / BBA / Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
- Experience in manpower staffing, facility management, healthcare, or contractor workforce management will be an added advantage

Salary Range
Depending on experience and responsibilities:
- Experienced (1–3 years): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
