Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining financial products, generating leads, assisting customers throughout the online loan application process, and ensuring timely follow-ups until the application is processed.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads and databases.
- Explain various banking and financial products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, and other loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products based on their eligibility.
- Qualify customer leads and convert them into loan applications.
- Guide customers through the complete online application process.
- Share digital application and document upload links with customers via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Verify that all required documents have been received before forwarding the application for processing.
- Coordinate with the internal processing team regarding customer applications and update customers on their application status.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide prompt resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and application status in the CRM or company software.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and application conversion targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu.
- Basic communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, CRM software, and online platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Banking, Finance, Loan Processing, BPO, or Sales will be an added advantage.
