Job Overview
Minerva School is looking for a confident and well-spoken Admission Counsellor to handle admission inquiries and interact with parents. The candidate will be responsible for guiding parents through the admission process and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in and phone inquiries for school admissions
- Counsel parents about school curriculum, facilities, and teaching approach
- Manage complete admission process (inquiry to enrollment)
- Maintain admission records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with management and teaching staff
- Give school tours and explain key highlights
- Build strong relationships with parents
- Achieve admission targets
Requirements
- Graduate in any field (MBA/BBA preferd]
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Presentable and professional personality
- Experience in admissions, counselling, or sales preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (based on admissions)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,577.26 - ₹42,282.87 per month
