Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Ensure accuracy of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Asset accounting.
- Maintain accounting records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights on business performance.
- Support financial planning activities and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor departmental budgets and expenditure controls.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and other tax requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Support preparation and submission of regulatory filings.
- Maintain strong internal financial controls and governance processes.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Assist in treasury management and banking activities.
- Support cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
Business Support & Analysis
- Provide financial analysis and business insights to management.
- Support decision-making through data-driven reporting.
- Identify opportunities for improving profitability and operational efficiency.
- Participate in process automation and finance transformation initiatives.
ERP & Process Management
- Work with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Improve reporting processes and financial workflows.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across finance systems.
Desired Candidate ProfileExperience
- 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Controllership functions.
- Experience handling month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination.
- Exposure to corporate finance and accounting processes.
