- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to align with organizational risk management policies.
- Strong knowledge of access control, risk analysis, and compliance monitoring within SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP GRC implementations.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP GRC with other enterprise systems and data sources.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
