Testing & Quality Assurance
- Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing of web and application platforms.
- Identify, report, and track bugs and issues using tools like JIRA or similar.
- Conduct regression testing after bug fixes to ensure system stability.
Requirement Analysis
- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user flows.
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to clarify requirements.
- Ensure final deliverables meet business needs and expectations.
Test Execution & Reporting
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Maintain detailed test reports and documentation.
- Share daily/weekly QA progress updates with stakeholders.
Defect Management
- Log defects with proper steps, screenshots, and detailed descriptions.
- Work with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Re-test fixes and confirm issue closures.
Process & Improvement
- Follow QA standards and best practices.
- Suggest improvements to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.
- Participate in Agile/Sprint planning meetings where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Good knowledge of web applications and testing methods.
- Basic understanding of SQL and APIs is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
- Experience with Postman or API testing tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
