About the Role
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who enjoys building organizations from the
ground up. You will work directly with the founders and leadership team to drive the company's
people agenda, enabling business growth through exceptional talent, scalable HR processes, and
a strong performance-driven culture.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable hiring senior leaders, building HR systems, partnering
with business heads, and creating an engaging employee experience in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Build and execute the company's hiring strategy across corporate, commercial, technical,
and manufacturing functions.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and critical business roles.
- Develop workforce planning aligned with business expansion plans.
- Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Build recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics to improve decision-making.
- Partner closely with founders on strategic and leadership hiring.
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy and organizational
effectiveness.
- Drive organization design and workforce planning initiatives.
- Coach managers on performance management, leadership, and employee development.
- Support succession planning and talent reviews across functions
Performance & Talent Management
- Design and implement KPI/KRA frameworks across the organization.
- Lead the performance management and appraisal process.
- Build career progression frameworks and succession pipelines.
- Drive leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
Employee Experience & Culture
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and values-driven culture.
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Design learning and development programs to support business growth.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement improvement initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Establish and strengthen HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labour regulations.
- Drive HRMS implementation, optimization, and HR analytics.
- Partner with finance on payroll and compensation administration.
Organizational Development
- Build scalable HR frameworks to support rapid organizational growth.
- Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Develop competency frameworks and organizational capability programs.
- Continuously improve HR processes through automation and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 8–15 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing, FMCG,
cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, or consumer products.
- Proven experience partnering with founders, CXOs, or senior leadership teams.
- Strong expertise across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Performance
Management, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Organizational Development.
- Demonstrated experience building HR processes and teams in high-growth organizations.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
