We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Automation Engineer with 2–3 years of experience who is passionate about building AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
You will work closely with leadership to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for both internal operations and client projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, experimenting with emerging AI technologies, and solving real business problems using Generative AI and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered applications, chatbots, AI agents, and workflow automations.
- Develop solutions using LLMs, APIs, Python, and automation platforms.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing applications and third-party systems.
- Create proof of concepts and convert them into production-ready solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve deployed solutions.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in AI, software development, or automation.
- Strong programming skills in Python (JavaScript is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and prompt engineering.
- Experience integrating APIs and working with REST services.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with vector databases, RAG, embeddings, or AI workflows is preferred.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, document processing solutions, or workflow automations.
- Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with databases and Git version control.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
