Job Title: Model Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop models’ careers and day-to-day activities.
- Scout and recruit new models with strong potential.
- Find new clients, brands, photographers, and casting opportunities.
- Contact clients through calls and emails and pitch suitable models.
- Coordinate castings, shoots, shows, fittings, and travel arrangements.
- Negotiate bookings, fees, and working terms with clients and agencies.
- Manage model portfolios, polaroids, profiles, and submissions.
- Coordinate with international agencies for placements and bookings.
- Maintain strong communication with models, clients, and partner agencies.
- Follow up on bookings, payments, schedules, and contracts.
- Support models in building long-term careers in India and internationally.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
