Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 3 years of experience to join our real estate sales team in Ahmedabad. The role involves telecalling prospective clients, generating qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, and assisting in property sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telecalling to potential clients to promote real estate projects.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, online inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate property options.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in tele calling, tele sales, or real estate sales.
