Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their requirements and preferences.
- Explain product details including gold purity, diamond quality, certification, pricing, and offers.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide personalized service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery collections and festive offers.
- Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and display standards.
- Handle billing coordination, customer follow-ups, and after-sales support.
- Ensure proper handling and security of high-value jewellery items.
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends, collections, and customer preferences.
