Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations at our Dombivli office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of office activities, support various departments, handle documentation, and assist in facility and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure all facilities are maintained in proper working order.
- Handle office correspondence, filing, documentation, and record keeping.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory; track consumption and reordering.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, and other office services.
- Support HR and Accounts departments in administrative activities such as attendance records, courier management, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain petty cash and prepare expense statements for reimbursement.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, employee activities, and company events.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with local authorities, suppliers, and service providers when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Preferably B.Com / B.A / BBA).
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of accounting and vendor coordination.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
