Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor with 5-10 years of hands on experience in real estate firm to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring site progress, managing labor and contractors, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with engineers, vendors, and management for timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise daily construction and site operations.
· Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
· Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards.
· Maintain site records, material consumption, and daily progress reports.
· Verify measurements and work completion status.
· Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
· Coordinate material deliveries and inventory at the site.
· Report project updates, issues, and delays to management.
· Assist engineers and project managers in project execution.
Requirements
· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
· 1–4 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
· Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site management.
· Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
· Experience in contractor and labor management.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, email).
