We are looking for an experienced and responsible IT Manager to manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, and technology operations within the hotel. The ideal candidate should have prior hotel industry experience and be capable of providing quick technical support to all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to Front Office, Accounts, F&B, HR, Sales, and other departments.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software.
- Monitor hotel network connectivity, internet, Wi-Fi, and security systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hotel management systems, POS systems, and other operational software.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, backups, and data security.
- Ensure regular maintenance and timely resolution of IT-related issues.
- Maintain IT inventory and records of hardware, software, and licenses.
- Implement basic cybersecurity and data-protection practices.
- Train hotel staff on basic IT systems and applications where required.
- Ensure minimum downtime and smooth technology operations across the hotel.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Hotel Management Software Knowledge / hands-on experience with IDS Hotel Software is required /PMS and POS systems is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, CCTV/networking, and basic server administration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
- Hotel industry experience will be given preference.
Salary & Location
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
