Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Incharge to oversee store operations, inventory management, and material handling activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory control, timely material availability, and smooth coordination between stores, procurement, production, and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability for production requirements.
- Conduct regular stock verification, inventory audits, and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with the procurement team.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Maintain store-related documentation, including GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and dispatch records.
- Implement and follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics departments for smooth material movement.
- Supervise store staff and maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety.
- Generate inventory reports and ensure accurate ERP/system entries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.
- Experience in FMCG, Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Wellness, or Manufacturing industries preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
