Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager to lead our recruitment and people development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring employees, building a strong promoter network, coordinating training programs, and creating an engaging work environment that supports the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for employees and promoters.
Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department managers.
Manage onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Track employee attendance and performance.
Build employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Support expansion and workforce planning across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA in HR is preferred.
3–7 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Kannada is an added advantage.
Experience in mass hiring, sales hiring, or field-force recruitment is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
