Position: ServiceNow Service Portal Developer
Experience: 1.5– 4 Years (varies by organization)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow Service Portal pages, widgets, themes, and custom components.
- Create and customize AngularJS-based widgets, client scripts, server scripts, and APIs within ServiceNow.
- Develop responsive and mobile-friendly portal interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
- Configure and customize Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center components.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external applications and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and scripted APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Required Skills
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
- Experience developing custom Service Portal widgets and themes.
- Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
- Experience with Employee Center, UI Builder, and Next Experience.
- Knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM modules.
Pay: ₹443,374.53 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
