Urgent Hiring – Accountant (Automobile Showroom)
Position: Accountant
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: Site 4, Greater Noida
Experience: 3–5 Years
Industry Requirement:
Candidates must have prior experience in an Automobile Showroom, Workshop, Dealership, or Automotive Service Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting
Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily financial transactions.
Record journal entries, ledger postings, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Workshop & Automotive Accounting
Verify customer invoices, job cards, workshop revenue, and labour charges.
Reconcile spare parts sales and workshop billing.
Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and revenue recognition.
Handle insurance claims, warranty accounting, and vendor reimbursements.
Coordinate with service advisors and workshop managers for billing accuracy.
Inventory & Cost Control
Maintain spare parts inventory accounting.
Perform inventory reconciliation and stock verification.
Monitor inventory valuation and control variances.
Track consumables and workshop materials.
Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and file GST Returns and ensure statutory compliance.
Handle TDS deduction & filing.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax and other applicable regulations.
Payroll & MIS Reporting
Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
Generate profitability reports, budget analysis, and cash flow statements.
Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Financial Reporting
Hands-on experience in Automobile Workshop/Dealership Accounting
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Statutory Compliance
Experience in Spare Parts Accounting & Inventory Reconciliation
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) / Workshop Software
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
CA Inter / CMA will be an added advantage.
Preferred Competencies:
Knowledge of automobile service operations.
Experience in insurance and warranty accounting.
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
