Asset Management:

Use the Asset Infinity tool for the tracking and management of institutional assets.

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all physical assets, including equipment, machinery, and fixtures.

Monitor asset life cycles and recommend replacements or upgrades to optimize operational efficiency.

Prepare asset utilization and depreciation reports for financial forecasting and budgeting.
Vendor and Contractor Management:

Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and contractors for facility services.

Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations and implement cost-saving strategies.
Budget and Financial Management:

Prepare and manage the facility and infrastructure maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Monitor expenditures related to facility operations and asset management.

Prepare monthly financial and operational reports for senior management review.
Health, Safety, and Compliance:

Ensure that the facility adheres to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Conduct periodic safety audits and implement necessary corrective measures.

Ensure all assets and infrastructure meet safety standards and are functioning optimally.
Transport Management:

Oversee the institution's transport services, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and driver management.

Develop and implement transport policies and procedures.

Ensure the transport fleet is safe, reliable, and cost-effective.
Sustainability Initiatives:

Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the institution’s environmental footprint.

Team Management:

Communicate regularly with institutional stakeholders regarding facilities and infrastructure issues.

Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facilities and infrastructure management, preferably in an academic or institutional setting.

Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements.
