Job Summary
First Object Pvt Ltd are looking for a highly experienced IT Recruitment Account Manager / Delivery Manager to lead client delivery, manage key accounts, and drive end-to-end recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT staffing, excellent client management skills, and a proven ability to lead recruitment teams to meet aggressive hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple IT requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding hiring needs and workforce planning
- Drive recruitment strategies to meet SLA, TAT, and quality metrics
- Manage and mentor a team of IT recruiters, ensuring performance and productivity
- Monitor daily/weekly delivery reports and pipeline status
- Ensure timely closures with quality candidates
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients for smooth delivery
- Handle escalations, resolve issues, and ensure seamless execution
- Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment/staffing
- Strong experience in client/account management and delivery ownership
- Proven track record of handling enterprise clients and bulk hiring
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, screening, and closing IT positions
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with ATS/tools and recruitment metrics
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with domestic and/or international clients
- Exposure to contract staffing and permanent hiring models
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and high-pressure environments
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
