Tuff Gyms is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with people, passionate about fitness, and motivated by achieving sales targets.
You will be responsible for converting gym enquiries and walk-ins into memberships while providing an excellent experience to every prospective and existing member.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle new membership enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Give prospective members tours of the gym and explain membership plans.
- Understand customer fitness goals and recommend suitable membership options.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly.
- Convert leads into gym memberships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Build strong relationships with members and encourage referrals.
- Assist with membership renewals and upgrades.
- Coordinate with trainers and the gym management team to ensure a smooth member experience.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge or interest in fitness and gym training.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
- Previous gym, fitness, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales ability are welcome to apply.
