About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee hotel operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain high guest satisfaction, supervise staff, and handle any issues that arise during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall hotel operations during the night shift.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, security, and support staff.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.
- Handle emergency situations and ensure guest and staff safety.
- Ensure hotel policies and service standards are followed.
- Coordinate with the morning management team for smooth shift handovers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Excellent customer service and team management skills.
