Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead POD 1 for the goCollect product. The role will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent client implementations, product enhancements, stakeholder relationships, and delivery teams across the BFSI sector.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Collections, Recovery, Lending, or Loan Servicing domain, with proven expertise in handling multiple projects simultaneously for NBFCs, HFCs, Banks, and Fintechs.
The candidate will act as the single point of accountability for project delivery, client satisfaction, resource coordination, risk management, and successful adoption of goCollect across assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management

Manage and oversee 5+ concurrent client projects and product initiatives.

Own project planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and closure.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within agreed milestones.

Drive project governance through weekly, monthly, and steering committee reviews.

Track dependencies, risks, blockers, and mitigation plans across projects.

Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, quality standards, and delivery processes.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary interface for senior client stakeholders.
-
Build strong relationships with leadership teams within NBFCs, HFCs, Banks, and Fintechs.

Manage stakeholder expectations and drive resolution of escalations.

Conduct regular business reviews and project status meetings.
-
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.

Conduct root cause analysis for project delays and implementation issues.

Ensure proper documentation including BRDs, FSDs, MOMs, RAID logs, and change requests.
Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure delivery aligns with BFSI regulatory and compliance requirements.

Monitor project risks related to data security, integrations, migration, and operational readiness.
-
Coordinate with technology teams on audit trails, user activity monitoring, and system governance requirements.

Ensure adherence to information security and client-specific compliance mandates.
Required Experience
Mandatory

8–12+ years of project/program management experience.
-
Minimum 5 years managing BFSI technology projects.

Proven experience managing 5+ concurrent projects.

Strong stakeholder management experience with CXOs and business heads.

Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15–30 members.

Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and SaaS deployments.

Experience in Collections & Recovery platforms.

Experience with Loan Management Systems (LMS), Collection Systems, Lending Platforms, or Recovery Solutions.

Exposure to SARFAESI, legal recovery processes, repossession, and agency management workflows.
