A site administrator manages the daily operational, administrative, and logistical functions. He will the the central point of contact to ensure safety, productivity, and smooth operations across our sites.
1. Labor & Personnel Administration
- Manage time and attendance tracking.
- Process weekly time sheets and coordinate with payroll and HR for site staff and contractors.
- Assist with site inductions, orientations, and on boarding for new workers.
3. Resource & Inventory Control
- Manage site materials, consumables, and PPE.
- Monitor material delivery tickets, reconcile dockets, and track inventory registers.
- Control the sign-in/out registers for company-owned tools and plant equipment. [1]
4. Health & Safety (H&S) Support
- Ensure site access and egress controls are properly implemented.
- File and maintain incident logs, safety audit records, and equipment safety certifications.
- Coordinate safety training and certification renewal schedules for site personnel.
5. General Site Operations [1]
- Act as the primary point of contact for external suppliers and local stakeholders.
- Administer petty cash, process invoices, and handle project expenses.
- Organize site meetings, record meeting minutes, and distribute action logs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
